今更ながら纏めてみた。

[追記]
Windows PowerShell スクリプトの実行権限の変更が必要な場合があります。
変更する為には、PowerShell を [管理者として実行] で起動し、以下のコマンドを実行。

Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned

※ "RemoteSigned"の部分がポリシーの内容になるので適宜最適なものに変更してください。
